Bookings
Bookings are subject to our Booking Policy and our Cancellation Policy. A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenyan shillings and may change. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, you pay for food, drinks and services at the venue. For stays, events and venue hire, any deposit or advance payment is agreed before we confirm.
Your visit
Children are welcome with an adult, and parents and guardians remain responsible for the children in their care while they are in our grounds and building.
Alcohol is served only to adults aged 18 and over, and we may ask to see identification. We may decline to serve anyone who appears to be drunk. We ask all guests to respect other guests and our team. We may ask anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, threatening or unlawful to leave.
Your belongings
Please look after your belongings, including in your room and in your vehicle. Except where the law says otherwise, we are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal property.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Kenyan law, or any responsibility we cannot lawfully limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Photos and filming
We take photographs and video at the venue for our website and social media. If you do not want to appear in them, please tell a member of our team.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to Derby Place Gardens Naivasha or are used with permission. Please ask us before you copy or reuse them.
Links and other services
This website uses and links to services run by others, including Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
